If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us via email at support@bhaktibhawna.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once we receive your request, we’ll arrange for a return pickup to collect the item at the earliest.
Return Conditions
- We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Returns are not accepted for preferences related to size, appearance, or quality variation.
- Please ensure that you record a full unboxing video to help us understand the issue clearly and process your return faster.
- We will not accept returned items that lack the required label or seal.
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
- Products damaged during use are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Note: If the return does not comply with our policy, no refund or replacement will be provided, and we reserve the right to withhold any funds already received.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at checkout (e.g., UPI, net banking, debit/credit card).
- Refunds are typically issued within 4–5 working days after we receive and verify the returned item.
- We are not responsible for any delay in the credit being reflected in your account, as this is managed by your payment provider or bank.
Repair or Replacement
We may repair or replace products that are received in a damaged or defective condition. Please note:
- We only offer replacement for eligible issues like transit damage or defective items.
- No replacement will be made for dissatisfaction due to size, color tone, or other subjective quality reasons.
- Replacement is subject to product availability.
